Health/Sick Care
How is it possible and what can you do about it?
Story at a Glance:
•Over the last two years, we have collected a significant amount of data that suggests a sizable number of unvaccinated people will become ill around individuals who were vaccinated in a fairly consistent and repeatable manner.
•Since shedding of mRNA vaccines in theory should not be possible, whenever those individuals (who are often suffering immensely) share their stories, they are immediately ridiculed and dismissed.
•We have identified a few plausible mechanisms (and the evidence to support them) to explain why this transmission occurs. These include exosome mediated shedding (most likely), asymptomatic COVID-19 shedding and transfected bacterial shedding.
•In this article, we will explore some of the greatest concerns surrounding shedding, such as what’s currently known about sexual shedding, the odor some notice shedders emit, receiving vaccinated blood transfusions, cancer and shedding, and the existing methods which can be used to mitigate the harmful effects of shedding.

Barbara Loe Fisher, cofounder and president of the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC), was part of a small group of parents of vaccine injured children who fought for the creation of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 (NCVIA)
Unfortunately, the law has not lived up to its initial purpose, and has instead allowed the drug industry to become the most influential industry on earth
The original bill, S. 2117, introduced in 1984 contained multiple safety provisions aimed at ensuring informed consent and making vaccines safer for all, and did not provide liability protection for vaccine makers or doctors
Shortly after its passing in 1986, Congress, the Department of Human Services and the Justice Department gutted the bill of crucial safety and compensation provisions, and ultimately granted vaccine makers complete protection from all liability, including liability for design defects
Why was the NCVIA gutted? Because every incidence of liability and financial award is an admission that vaccines can cause harm

Read MoreWe are constantly surrounded by electromagnetic radiation from ionizing radiation and although we are being told by those with a vested interest that the radiation is limited in effect to the outer 1 cm of the body, (as if that is not bad enough), however, this is not true. According to studies, the effects can go deep into the human brain, on the heart and on hormone systems and due to their body size, it is insects, birds and children that are the most vulnerable to the dangerous effects. ( more of which can be found here.) Many of us may have questions as to how we can minimise the harmful exposure and dangerous effects.
Bonnie Collins, author of the book EMF Empowerment, believes that despite the ever increasing threat of EMFs, there are many ways to keep ourselves protected. Bonnie began researching the health effects of EMF Radiation in 2017, she says ” out of ” concern for the health and well-being of her family.” and adds that “This, has now turned into a mission to share my research with as many people as possible”
Bonnie has written a comprehensive guide with the aim to provide answers and insights which follows below which was originally published on Bonnie Collin’s website EMF Empowerment.

Read MoreOn Sunday, Dr. Paul Alexander published a Substack article in which he stated that the so-called covid pandemic “was a PCR-manufactured, 95% false-positive, 0.05% IFR fraud fake, ‘no asymptomatic spread’ lie of a pandemic; nothing else. All of this pandemic was a lie.”
He used the example of the luxury cruise ship the Diamond Princess and the Theodore Roosevelt aircraft carrier as proof that whatever was circulating was not a new virus. “Something” was always circulating in my opinion, he said.
Referring to the Diamond Princess, he wrote: “The fact that on a ship of 3,700 [passengers], only 19% [of passengers] got infected; an isolated ship, quarantined, no one on or off, initial legacy Wuhan strain, infectious, so-called lethal, with a median or so age of about 70 … that only about 7 died, where elderly couples quarantined to rooms had one person hot covid and died, yet the other had no infection? Elderly? How? Unless their immune systems had ‘seen’ it prior and they had some level of protection.”

Paola Brown had vibrant health growing up, but that changed as an adult. Chronic urinary tract infections (UTI) led to 15 or more rounds of antibiotics, each one leaving her more and more sick.
She had developed autoimmune issues, one of which was celiac disease, an immune reaction to eating gluten that had damaged the lining of her small intestine and led to uncomfortable symptoms and nutrient malabsorption. Various foods caused miserable disease flare-ups; she was worried her nursing children weren’t getting adequate nutrients.
Like many people in her position, Ms. Brown became an expert on her own health—particularly gut health. She wanted to heal the root cause so she could eat a less restrictive diet without gastrointestinal (GI) pain. She began researching food sources that can heal the mucosal lining of the intestinal wall and quickly filled a notebook full of information.

Read MoreSeveral case reports indicate the COVID vaccines may be associated with vasculitis, a condition that inflames and damages blood vessels.
Various diseases associated with COVID-19 vaccines have been reported. A recent case study indicated that COVID-19 vaccination may trigger the development of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA)-associated vasculitis, potentially damaging multiple organs. Among 29 patients, five underwent plasmapheresis treatment (the separation and replacement of plasma from blood), and five relied on dialysis therapy.
ANCA-associated vasculitis can cause damage to small blood vessels. Since these are distributed throughout the body, any part of the body can be affected, with the most common areas being the lungs, kidneys, joints, ears, nose, and nerves.
Neutrophils are a type of white blood cell that aids the body in fighting infection and healing injuries. ANCA are harmful autoantibodies that bind to neutrophils in the blood, releasing toxic substances and damaging the walls of small blood vessels. This can also result in the migration of neutrophils through blood vessel walls, inducing inflammation in the surrounding tissues. Additionally, it releases signaling factors that attract even more neutrophils, perpetuating inflammation and further damaging small blood vessels.

A systematic review and meta-analysis in the March-April 2023 issue of Missouri Medicine concluded that, above 60 minutes per week, strength training begins to backfire. Above 130 minutes per week, your life expectancy becomes the same as if you were sedentary
A systematic review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine in 2022 also found a J-shaped association between strength training and all-cause mortality, with a maximum risk reduction (10 % to 20%) being observed at a dose of 30 to 60 minutes per week. After 60 minutes, the benefits started to diminish, and above 140 minutes per week, it was associated with an increased risk of all-cause mortality
A 2022 systematic review published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine found a nonlinear relationship between resistance training and all-cause mortality. A maximum risk reduction of 27% was observed at around 60 minutes per week of resistance training. Beyond that, the reduction in mortality risk diminished
Strength training should be an add-on, as you get far greater benefits simply from walking, or any other moderate exercise. Benefits of moderate exercise, loosely defined as exercising to the point where you’re slightly winded but can still carry on a conversation, cannot be overdone. There’s no point at which moderate exercise starts becoming negative
A systematic review published in 2019, which found that, compared with no exercise, resistance training was associated with 21% lower all-cause mortality. When combined with aerobic exercise, it lowered all-cause mortality by 40%. Based on all of these findings, we can conclude that a combination of appropriately dosed strength training with unlimited moderate activity provides the greatest benefit

Beaudoin and Del discuss how through cross referencing of data sets, Beaudoin was able to match death certificates to VAERS reports from those who died after a COVID-19 vaccine. Hear some of the heartbreaking instances of young patients whose deaths are directly linked to the vaccine, exposing a disturbing trend of fraudulent coding on death certificates to conceal the true impact of vaccine-related fatalities.
