The Commissioner’s office said it received 16 allegations of interference in the 2021 campaign. All were dismissed. “All 16 files have been closed,” it said.

Of 158 complaints of interference in the 2019 campaign a total 100 were dismissed. The briefing note did not explain what became of the remaining 58.
