The southern and eastern coasts of the peninsula also have 4G+ and, increasingly, 5G service, added recently.
At Ekkerøy Nature Reserve, on the southern coast of the peninsula, at least 15,000 endangered kittiwakes died at the end of July and beginning of August 2023. They nest there in the summer on high cliffs where they are directly in the line of fire of the radar, which is 50 kilometers away. The restaurant at Ekkerøy was forced to close for the summer because it was “raining down” dead birds. The total population of these seabirds in Norway was only about 50,000. Dead terns and other kinds of gulls have also been collected. Half of the cranes at Ekkerøy have died.
The radar, called Globus III, was built by the United States on the island of Vardøya in Vardø, the easternmost city in Norway, which is across a bay from northern Russia. It appears to be part of a civil defense network called the Space Fence. Details about this site have been kept secret, but I found a Request for Information published on February 22, 2022 on the U.S. government’s website, SAM.gov. It states:
“This system is a one-of-a kind design which will be fielded in 2023. The program is a bi-national, collaborative specialized collection system. The GLOBUS program is a dual band ground-based radar system consisting of an S-band solid state phased array, an X-band dish antenna, an Integrated System Controller (ISC), and a Mission Communications Suite (MCS) hosted at an Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) location.”

But realize 5G has been forced upon us. We did not ask for it, nor did we vote for it. And at enormous expense these gigantic towers were erected across the nation, near almost every school, and for what purpose? Are Sprint, Verizon, and ATT charging you more money for 5G? Corporations have a duty to maximize shareholder profits, and if the 5G rollout generates enormous costs but no obvious revenue, where did the money come from for their construction?
I submit to you that Attorney Callender who has represented many thousands of active duty military is correct, and that 5G likely has a dual purpose, just as COVID-19 vaccine development also had – on the one side as a therapeutic, and on the other – the military side, as a weapon.

How FEMA describes the test
The purpose of the Oct. 4 test is to ensure the systems continue to be effective means of warning the public about emergencies, particularly those on the national level. In case the Oct. 4 test is postponed due to widespread severe weather or other significant events, the back-up testing date is Oct. 11.
The WEA portion of the test will be initiated using FEMA’s Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS), a centralized internet-based system administered by FEMA that enables authorities to send authenticated emergency messages to the public through multiple communications networks. The WEA test will be administered via a code sent to cell phones.
Beginning at approximately 2:20 p.m. ET, cell towers will broadcast the test for approximately 30 minutes. During this time, WEA-compatible wireless phones that are switched on, within range of an active cell tower, and whose wireless provider participates in WEA, should be capable of receiving the test message.
Critical thinking
First and foremost, why do we need a nationwide, centralized warning system? Never before in modern history has the US had an immediate, nationwide emergency. Why all the expense and hype about this? Is this just another way to instill fear and make people feel like they need to participate in what amounts to occult government manipulation? Given the government’s terrible track record in previous, more localized events like hurricanes, tornadoes and the fires on Maui, why should we depend on a centralized government agency to tell us what to do in the unlikely event of such a nationwide emergency?
Secondly, having a “centralized internet based system administered by FEMA” goes against everything our founding fathers warned about. The reason we are a Federal Republic of States is to avoid exactly this type of centralized, federal control. In other words, this event is yet another ploy to make us think we are not a Federal Republic, that we are under the control of a centralized federal government. We are not.
