Sharp Rise in Small Cells After 5G Rollout: A Concern for Microwave Syndrome and Ways to Prevent

By Shawna / September 2, 2023 /

Andrew Molnar never thought he would be one to get involved in local political activism.

But he and his wife, Marie, are now leading the action to ensure that both the town and the city of Ithaca, New York, can control where wireless facilities are placed in the municipalities.

It all started four years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Molnar were hiking at the Cornell Plantations, a park at Cornell University, when the couple started experiencing headaches.

“We looked around, and there was this huge new cell tower about 100 yards from us,” Mr. Molnar, a Cornell graduate, told The Epoch Times. “We got out of the area, and within about 10 minutes, we both felt totally better again.”

Driverless Cars Are Worse at Spotting Kids and Dark-Skinned People, Study Says

By Roli / August 24, 2023 /

Driverless car systems have a bias problem, according to a new study from Kings College London. The study examined eight AI-powered pedestrian detection systems used for autonomous driving research. Researchers ran more than 8,000 images through the software and found that the self-driving car systems were nearly 20% better at detecting adult pedestrians than kids, and more than 7.5% better at detecting light-skinned pedestrians over dark-skinned ones. The AI were even worse at spotting dark-skinned people in low light and low settings, making the tech even less safe at night.

For children and people of color, crossing the street could get more dangerous in the near future.

FCC Limits for Wireless Radiation Exposure Decades Out of Date, Experts Say

By Roli / August 24, 2023 /

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) largely bases its radiofrequency (RF) radiation safety standard for humans on a handful of studies done in the 1970s and 1980s — well before most people started using cellphones.

And those studies used small sample sizes, according to Devra Davis, Ph.D., MPH, founder and president of Environmental Health Trust (EHT) and Theodora Scarato, EHT’s executive director.

The FCC in 1996 set the human exposure safety limits for wireless RF radiation which, in turn, are now used in the U.S. for all phones, wireless products and networks, including cell towers and 5G.

Dr Trozzi on cell phones, EMF, 5G, molecular oxygen, and the simultaneous launch of covid-19 and 5G during “lockdowns” – 5 Minutes.

By Roli / August 22, 2023 /

On July 12th, while speaking in Apsley Ontario, I was asked to comment on cell phones, WiFi, EMF radiation, 5G, and possible connections with covid-19. Here is my 5 minute answer. I concisely described the pre-5G proven dangers and recklessness of cell phones; the increased dangers 5G poses including the scary interaction of 60 GHz 5G with our most vital nutrient: molecular oxygen. I also discussed suspicions about the timing of the 5G roll-out during 2020 lock-downs; and easy solutions that you can apply immediately at no cost that dramatically reduce your exposure and risk.

Watch ‘Remembering Nearfield’: Short Film About EMR Sickness Wins Prestigious Cannes Film Award

By Roli / August 11, 2023 /

A short animated film about electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) that last month won the “Best Health Film” award at the Cannes World Film Festival continues to gain steam, with showings lined up at upcoming international film festivals this fall and throughout 2024.

In just over three months since its release, “Remembering Nearfield” has received 10 awards from international film festivals — in Sicily, Veneto, Brussels, Singapore, Gangtok and Cannes, among others.

“Nearfield” refers to the area close to a source of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) — such as cellphones and wifi transmitters — where there are “strong inductive and capacitive effects” that can harm the human body.

EHS, sometimes called electromagnetic sensitivity (EMS) or microwave syndrome, refers to a “clinical syndrome characterized by the presence of a wide spectrum of non-specific multiple organ symptoms — typically including central nervous system symptoms — that occur following the patient’s acute or chronic exposure to electromagnetic fields [EMFs].”

EMFs a Possible Human Carcinogen

By Shawna / August 10, 2023 /

Dr. David Carpenter, an environmental health professor at the University of Albany who received his medical doctorate from Havard Medical School, noted that radiofrequency, a type of nonionizing radiation used in telecommunications, might eventually fall under class 2A classification, denoting a probable human carcinogen.

FCC Defies Court Mandate, Delays Review of Cellphone Radiation Guidelines

By Roli / August 2, 2023 /

Despite the Children Health Defense’s (CHD) “historic win” against the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) nearly two years ago, the FCC has yet to comply with the court mandate to explain how its radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines adequately protect humans from harm.

The agency last week published its regulatory agenda for the next six months. The agenda made no mention of the Aug. 13, 2021, U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit court decision.

Artificial vs. Natural EMFs: Why Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Cellphones Are Damaging to Cells

By Shawna / August 1, 2023 /

As mysterious cases of microwave syndrome continue to surface, growing doubts are emerging over the harm caused by the radiation emitted by fourth generation (4G), and fifth generation (5G) wireless networks, and other electromagnetic fields (EMFs). However, many people do not know that EMFs are an essential element our bodies need, like water and air.

Public Benefit or Big Profits for Big Telecom? Here’s What’s Really Driving the 5G Rollout.

By Roli / August 1, 2023 /

Telecom companies promote 5G, the “next generation wireless network technology,” as being faster and able to handle more connected devices than the 4G LTE network. And they assure consumers the result will be increased access for underserved communities that lack reliable internet connectivity.

But critics — including Theodora Scarato, executive director of the nonprofit research and education group Environmental Health Trust — said the 5G rollout is more about corporate greed than it is about helping people access fast and reliable internet.
