A 40-year-old woman appeared in court accused of carrying out a “sophisticated” scam to convince her partner she was dating a man
A woman convinced her girlfriend of two years into believing she was having sex with a man, jurors have been told.

Blade Silvano, 40, from Bishop’s Castle in Shropshire, met her partner, who cannot be named for legal reasons, on an online dating site in 2016.

They had sexual intercourse on two separate occasions and even discussed wedding plans, Cambridge Crown Court has heard.

The pair were last in contact in October 2018.
