Right before the ArriveCan app was launched in April 2020, the government contract to Dalian/Coradix was amended. The new contract awarded was for $10.8 million – more than double the amount of the original contract.

What were we getting for our taxpayer money out of this $16.8 million ArriveCAN app contract with Dalian/Coradix? 13 employees whose pay was redacted and remains unknown.
