A Call to Resist Authoritarianism and Stand for Freedom in Canada and Beyond
Nov 15, 2024
Canada remains under the heavy hand of the Trudeau regime and its global allies, who continue to push authoritarian bills in Parliament and persecute ethical doctors who stood up for informed consent and patient rights in the face of the COVID agenda. I feel a deep calling to join Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s “Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) team, amplifying our global fight for freedom, human rights, and medical ethics. Please support my nomination by casting your vote and sharing this message with others in our movement. Together, we can work toward a brighter, freer future. Thank you for standing with me.

Read MoreOver the last four years, Canada’s Liberal government headed by Justin Trudeau got itself heavily aligned with the neighbor to the south on several key but also very contentious issues – such as restrictive Covid measures, various forms of pressure on tech companies, and “disinformation” censorship.
A flurry of controversial bills in Canada, some of which became law, serve to cement this impression.
Time will tell, and it will be interesting to see, but for the moment, news out of Canada speaks about a report compiled by the House of Commons Heritage Committee, titled, “Tech Giants’ Intimidation and Subversion Tactics to Evade Regulation in Canada and Globally.”

Reclaim The Net has access to a letter addressed to the tech giants’ CEOs, where Carr mentions controversy-riddled NewsGuard – which is promoted by those running it as “a rating system for news websites.”
We obtained a copy of the letter for you here.
But the commissioner, citing information revealed in the Twitter Files, placed it within “the broader censorship cartel” and as one of the so-called fact-checkers and media monitors whose main business, in reality, is to suppress free speech in general, and certain voices in particular.

Read MoreAustralia’s government is working on a set of new rules to eventually be added to a law dealing with “online harms.” But these could turn into yet more – well, harm to freedom of expression.
Addressing the Sydney Institute, Communications Minister Michelle Rowland announced that the effort is now known as a “Digital Duty of Care” and promises the result will be “safer and healthier” platforms.
Once, that is, the tech companies behind the platforms are whipped into shape to “moderate” and remove content to the government’s satisfaction.
And as EU’s Digital Services Act (DSA) and UK’s own Online Safety Act continue to create controversies and draw accusations of enabling wide-scale censorship, Rowland essentially promises that the result of her country’s effort along the same lines will be “even better.”

The issue is the way Meta came to be “put together” – namely, the two acquisitions that added Instagram and WhatsApp to Facebook (in 2012 and 2014, respectively).
We obtained a copy of the ruling for you here.
The allegations against Meta hinge on the fact it chose to spend record amounts of money (the FTC believes, intentionally overpay) for the two platforms.

Read MoreI am thrilled to announce Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as The United States Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). For too long, Americans have been crushed by the industrial food complex and drug companies who have engaged in deception, misinformation, and disinformation when it comes to Public Health. The Safety and Health of all Americans is the most important role of any Administration, and HHS will play a big role in helping ensure that everybody will be protected from harmful chemicals, pollutants, pesticides, pharmaceutical products, and food additives that have contributed to the overwhelming Health Crisis in this Country. Mr. Kennedy will restore these Agencies to the traditions of Gold Standard Scientific Research, and beacons of Transparency, to end the Chronic Disease epidemic, and to Make America Great and Healthy Again!

Read MoreWASHINGTON/NEW YORK, Nov 15 (Reuters) – Robert F. Kennedy Jr. vowed to purge the U.S. Food and Drug Administration shortly before being chosen as President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee for health secretary. Any changes he wants to make will come up against a pharmaceutical industry that pays much of the regulator’s bills.
Kennedy, an environmental activist who has helped sow doubts about the safety and efficacy of vaccines, would have authority over the nation’s agencies responsible for public health, government-funded health insurance plans for more than 140 million including the poor, those 65 and older, and the disabled, medical research and more if confirmed as U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services.
Kennedy has been most vocal about the FDA, an agency that oversees nearly $3 trillion in medicines, food and tobacco products. In interviews and on social media, Kennedy has accused agency staff of doing the bidding of Big Pharma and Big Food.

Intelligence officials worry about Gabbard’s views on Syria, Russia
Western security source warns of slower intelligence sharing
WASHINGTON, Nov 14 (Reuters) – President-elect Donald Trump’s choice of Tulsi Gabbard as U.S. intelligence chief has sent shockwaves through the national security establishment, adding to concerns that the sprawling intelligence community will become increasingly politicized.
Trump’s nomination of Gabbard, a former Democratic congresswoman who lacks deep intelligence experience and is seen as soft on Russia and Syria, is among several high-level picks that suggest he may be prioritizing personal allegiance over competence as he assembles his second-term team.
