Trump, RFK, and the Autism Dilemma

By Roli / November 16, 2024 /

Whatever you may think of Donald Trump and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., let’s give them credit for being essentially the only politicians to invoke an alarming and shadowy topic few want to acknowledge: the crisis of America’s rising rates of autism.

And with the news that Kennedy is going to be Trump’s nominee to head the Department of Health and Human Services, there will be an opportunity for them to act upon their concern. But the peril is that, given Trump and Kennedy’s history of blaming vaccines, they might continue down this discredited path.

The once-rare diagnosis of autism now consumes the lives of ever-growing numbers of U.S. families—including mine. But autism has become so mired in controversy that wary politicians tend to look away. When comedian Dave Smith recently asked this unfunny question about Trump and Kennedy—“Why are they the only ones who are talking about this?”—his remarks on Instagram were viewed 3.7 million times.

Reiner Fuellmich: A great man martyred by the German government

By Roli / November 16, 2024 /

To begin with, Ginger and I want to thank Elsa Schieder, PhD for her interview with us. In it, she brilliantly told the story of attorney Reiner Fuellmich’s ongoing martyrdom by the German government. I am deeply indebted to her for inspiring me to write this introduction in defense of this great man and to honor him.1

On October 13, 2023, international attorney Dr. Reiner Fuellmich was apprehended at the German consulate in Tijuana, Mexico, where he was seized by Mexican officials, flown to Germany against his will, and then arrested. He has been in jail since then. Reiner was on his way to hoped-for freedom in the United States, where he is a licensed lawyer and where he owns a home. Reiner’s passport had been either lost or misplaced, causing him to arrange for a new passport at the German consulate, which then kidnapped him.

Elon Musk’s X Sues California Over Deepfake Law Seen as Threat to Free Speech

By Iron Will / November 16, 2024 /

Elon Musk’s X has initiated legal action against the state of California, seeking to prevent the enforcement of a new statute mandating that major online platforms either remove or label deepfake election-related content, as a violation of the First Amendment, particularly for its impact on memes and satire.

We obtained a copy of the lawsuit for you here.

The legal challenge was presented in a federal court earlier this week, focusing on legislation designed to curb the influence of artificially altered videos, images, and sounds, collectively known as deepfakes. The legislation is poised to become effective on January 1.

Biden Era To End With a Showdown Over Big Tech Censorship Evidence

By Iron Will / November 16, 2024 /

As the new administration is preparing to take over in the US, the speaker of the House of Representatives is working to ensure that the Biden-Harris administration doesn’t take evidence of the censorship collusion with Big Tech with it when it leaves.

Speaker Mike Johnson and a group of prominent Republican members of the House and committee chiefs have penned a letter to Acting Secretary of Labor Julie Su, recalling that during the transition of power, the Federal Records Act and other relevant rules, in terms of record retention, must be complied with.

We obtained a copy of the letter for you here.

Geofence Warrants Under Fire as Fourth Circuit Reconsiders Key Ruling

By Iron Will / November 16, 2024 /

The US Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, which is considering the United States v. Chatrie case revolving around dragnet-style geofence surveillance, has announced it will revisit its original decision that stated a geofence warrant issued in connection to a bank robbery did not represent a violation of the Fourth Amendment.

Specifically, the appellate court first ruled that regardless of the fact the warrant was used to gain access to location data belonging to all those who happened to be in the busy area during the commission of the crime – this should not be treated as a search.

The Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution is there to prevent the government from conducting unreasonable searches and seizures.

Battling the Medical Tyranny: A Stand for Ethics and Science

By Iron Will / November 16, 2024 /

A Fight for Justice in the Face of Systemic Bias

I recently had the chance to share my journey with Life Site News, detailing the challenges I’ve faced while standing up for medical ethics and science in Canada. Since the onset of the COVID-19 crisis, my goal has been clear: protect the public from a harmful genetic experiment, which many know as the COVID-19 “vaccine.” This has meant facing severe pushback from powerful institutions, specifically the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).

Unmasking the “Kangaroo Court” System
Since my suspension from clinical medicine, I have fought relentlessly against the CPSO’s attempts to revoke my medical license. I am not alone in this struggle; many esteemed professionals, including Dr. Peter McCullough, have stepped forward to offer expert testimony in my defense. Yet, the CPSO has systematically tried to discredit their testimonies, blatantly attacking anyone who dares support me. The hearings I endured can only be described as “kangaroo courts”—a predetermined judgment hiding behind a façade of procedural fairness.

This unbalanced system also drains resources, as I must cover thousands of pages of documents to appeal a decision that was biased from the start. This tactic, known as “lawfare,” creates a barrier for those of us who challenge the prevailing narratives by inflating costs, thereby deterring future appeals.

Leadbeater’s euthanasia bill is the biggest threat we’ve faced since 2015; contact your MP and ask them to vote “No”

By Iron Will / November 16, 2024 /

UK Labour MP Kim Leadbeater’s euthanasia bill is “the biggest threat we’ve faced since the Marris Bill in 2015. We defeated it then, and we can do so now, but we need a huge effort to lobby MPs. Over half of MPs are new to Parliament and have not voted on this issue before,” the Society for the Protection of Unborn Children says.

In 2015, Labour MP Rob Marris introduced the Assisted Dying Bill, also known as the Marris Bill, to the House of Commons. The bill aimed to legalise assisted dying for terminally ill patients with less than six months to live. It was the eleventh attempt in twelve years to legalise assisted suicide through British Parliaments.

Now, the Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill, introduced by Kim Leadbeater, MP for Spen Valley, on 16 October 2024 and published on 11 November, will be debated by the House of Commons on 29 November 2024. The Bill seeks to amend the Suicide Act 1961 to allow doctors to supply adults with a “terminal illness” with lethal drugs to end their own lives.

Right to try

By Roli / November 16, 2024 /

Congress passed the Right to Try Act of 2017, sending a priority bill to President Donald J. Trump for his signature.

The “Trickett Wendler, Frank Mongiello, Jordan McLinn, and Matthew Bellina Right to Try Act of 2017” passed Congress on May 22, 2018.
The bill amends Federal law to allow certain unapproved, experimental drugs to be administered to terminally ill patients who have exhausted all approved treatment options and are unable to participate in clinical drug trials.

Eligible drugs must have undergone the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Phase I (safety) testing.

The bill requires any manufacturer or sponsor of an eligible investigational drug to report to the FDA on any use of the drug on a “Right to Try” basis.

The FDA will post an annual summary report of “Right to Try” use on its website.

Ave RFK Jr., we salute you.

By Iron Will / November 16, 2024 /

Once blacklisted and ostracized for his principled stances, the attorney and author performs a miracle of overcoming adversity.

If RFK, Jr.’s appointment to become Secretary of Health and Human Services is confirmed by the Senate, this New Sheriff In Town will be in a position to make life uniquely uncomfortable for the legion of captured bureaucrats who infest the many agencies that will be obliged to report to him.

I worry this may be a big if, as I imagine the Vaccine Cartel is currently pulling every string, calling every favor, and even resorting to threats and blackmail in order to prevent RFK, Jr.’s confirmation. It reminds me of the treacherous adversity Cicero faced when he made the bold decision to prosecute Gaius Verres on the charge of misconduct, especially extortion, during his term as governor of Sicily (73-71 BC). Cicero was a lawyer of the equestrian class. Verres was one of the most powerful patricians in Rome with extensive connections in the Senate and every other institution, not to mention nefarious characters who could procure an assassin for him.

RFJ, Jr.s appointment to HHS Secretary may be the greatest turning of the tables story in U.S. political history, and I almost wish Anthony Fauci were still head of NIAID so that he could meet his new boss in January.
