By Valerie / May 7, 2024 /

Single-sex toilets are set to become a legal requirement for all new bars, restaurants, offices and shopping centres under new laws proposed by the government.

Self-contained toilets for both sexes may be provided in addition to single-sex toilets, or if there isn’t enough space.

Care homes, hotels, schools, cells in custodial facilities, and buildings used for early years provision are all exempt from the proposed legislation.

The law would affect England only and applies to new buildings as well as existing premises that undergo a material change of use.

The government said that in a consultation on the proposals, 81% of respondents agreed “with the intention for separate single-sex toilet facilities” while 82% “agreed with the intention to provide universal toilets where space allows”.

NYC pays $2.1m to settle lawsuit alleging racial bias against white supervisors

By Valerie / May 7, 2024 /

New York City has agreed to pay $2.1 million to three former white Department of Education executives who alleged they were demoted due to their race in favor of less qualified candidates of color.

The payouts of $700,000 each to Lois Hererra, Jaye Murray, and Laura Feijoo resolve a $90 million lawsuit filed in 2018. The former officials accused the education department under then-Chancellor Richard Carranza of discriminating against them based on race as part of a push for racial “equity,” the New York Post reports.

Meet The Licensed Therapists Who Greenlight Sex Change Operations In The Name Of ‘Allyship’

By Valerie / May 7, 2024 /

Surgical referral letters are one of the few safeguards that stand between those suffering from gender dysphoria and life-altering operations that seek to change their sex, but ideologically-motivated therapists have set out to make these letters as easily available as possible, viewing their work as a form of political activism rather than a serious medical precaution.

Many surgical clinics require that those who wish to undergo double mastectomies, hysterectomies, phalloplasties, or other operations aimed at change one’s sex must first receive a letter documenting their mental health. Ideologically-motivated pro-transgender activists, however, have dropped all pretenses that these letters are genuine attempts to discern the mental state of potential patients.

The Met Gala Is The Latest Casualty As Leftist Protesters Turn On Their Masters

By Valerie / May 7, 2024 /

To be sure, the celebrities and college administrators and the politicians are reluctant to acknowledge that their own Frankenstein monster is turning against them.Every year I’m confronted with the decision of whether to talk about the Met Gala. And it can be a tough decision if I’m being totally honest.

On one hand, it’s always easy to point and laugh at rich Leftists wearing weird costumes and making fools out of themselves. On the other hand, it’s gotten way too easy to do.

As far as celebrity freak shows go, the Met Gala is sort of like the Oscars at this point. Its “unpredictability” is now cliche. Its zaniness is now boring. Unless mayhem breaks out — say, an actor slaps the presenter live on-stage or something like that — then the truth is, no one really cares about any of these events anymore. In fact, I’m still not even sure what the Met Gala is. All I know is that the celebrities dress strangely and then go into a big museum. What do they do inside the museum? Is there some kind of award ceremony? Is it a dance — like celebrity prom or something? Do they sacrifice a live goat and drink its blood while chanting satanic curses? Is it some combination of these things?

Boy Scouts of America Changes Name to Be More ‘Inclusive’

By Valerie / May 7, 2024 /

The name change is part of an effort for the organization to become more “inclusive.”

BSA revealed that rebranding will go into effect on February 8, 2025, the organization’s 115th anniversary.

From then onward, the organization will become known as Scouting America.

Officials say the name change aims to make “everyone feel welcome.”

The move is also being seen as an attempt to move on from bankruptcy following a flood of sexual abuse claims.

Last year, BSA agreed to pay $2.46 billion to settle claims by some 82,000 former Boy Scouts.

Ottawa Sun Corrects Article Which Falsely Reported That 100,000 Palestinians Killed In Gaza

By Valerie / May 7, 2024 /

On May 4, Ottawa Sun reporter Marlo Glass wrote an article entitled “NO SIGNS OF TIRING: University of Ottawa encampment now home to dozens of tents”, which spoke of the growing encampment by pro-Palestinian ‘activists’ that has been set up at the University of Ottawa.

Within the article, Glass falsely stated that: “As reported by the Associated Press, the death toll in Gaza has risen to more than 34,500 people since Oct. 7, when Israel launched an offensive following a Hamas attack. About five per cent of the occupied territory’s population has been killed, and millions have been displaced in what the U.N. calls a humanitarian crisis.”
