A U.S. Attorney backed by Democrat megadonor George Soros announced this week that she is resigning after reports from federal investigators concluded that she repeatedly leaked damaging information to a reporter at the Boston Herald about a political candidate to help an ally and then lied about it to federal investigators.

The investigations from the Office of Special Counsel and the DOJ inspector general said Rachael Rollins leaked sensitive, non-public information in the primary election for Suffolk district attorney. She favored Ricardo Arroyo over Kevin Hayden.
