Democrat President Joe Biden paid $2.75 million in cash for his luxury Delaware beach house within weeks of his son Hunter issuing a treat to a Chinese oligarch in which he demanded millions.

Biden bought the Rehoboth Beach home at a time when it appeared his political career was over.

He purchased the property in June 2017 for $2,744,001 cash – five months after his vice presidency had ended.

However, now that house in the tiny town of Rehoboth Beach could turn out to be a major embarrassment as new evidence has emerged that raises serious questions about how Biden paid for it.

The evidence comes as Republicans continue their push to find business links between President Biden and his son Hunter.
