Practically, however, is this a problem? Not in the vast majority of cases.
The risk remains very low. Grok AI will tell you < 1%. From the studies above you will see usually < 1% but can be as high as 3% in the Japanese breast cancer study. Your immune system will eliminate those escaped cancer cells. That's why you rarely see Cancer Cases going from Stage 1 to Stage 4 post biopsy. Thousands of biopsies are done every day and I honestly don't recall more than a handful of bizarre cancer progressions. However, if you have an aggressive cancer like pancreatic, kidney, liver (or Turbo Cancer) or an impaired immune system, your risk of seeding increases.
