WEST VANCOUVER — On a picturesque waterfront in a neighbourhood in West Vancouver sits a charming yellow house with an asking price for as little as $1.

However, there is a catch: you have to relocate the house from its current dwelling.

That house once belonged to Canadian billionaire Jim Pattison and the rights to relocate the property are up for bid.

The home on Argyle Avenue in West Vancouver was purchased in January of this year from Pattison, the owner of the Jim Pattison Group of companies.
