Did your child receive the wrong dose of the latest COVID shot? The FDA says it isn’t dangerous, and they haven’t identified any safety issues connected with the too-high doses yet, but it’s very likely that they did receive them.

Children ages 6 months to 11 years should receive only 0.25 mL of the vaccine, but the dosage contains more than that, the FDA said.

To make things right, your health care provider should only administer 0.25mL from the vial, and the rest should be discarded.
