Activist investor Shah Capital, which owns 6.7% of Novavax’s stock, has claimed that the vaccine developer has been “historically mismanaged” as the firm tries to install new members onto the biotech’s board.
Shah Capital said that for more than a year it has tried to address “self-inflicted problems which have undermined the success and sustainability of the company,” according to an April 15 public letter. The investor also claimed that Novavax’s board has been unresponsive to those efforts.
The firm also argued that Novavax’s stock is “now trading at a near record low.” The biotech’s shares are currently trading at $4.22 on Monday morning, above the $3.50 mark they sunk to in February, but far below the $200 plus realms the stock was floating in at the height of the pandemic.

According to the CDC Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) just 8 cancer cases were linked to the many influenza vaccines on offer between the 1st January 2021 and 29th March 2024. Whereas 497 cancer cases were connected to the few COVID-19 vaccines on offer during the same time frame. This equates to a 6,113% increase in cancer cases due to COVID-19 vaccination.

Professor Diamond, head of the UK ONS wrote a letter in response to advise that the vaccines are safe and they have better things to do with their time than run a report that would have taken them less than 1 hour of effort to do, wrote Steve Kirsh.
March 2nd 2024 Steve Kirsch predicted “If the ONS refuses the request, then the MPs will be able to shift the blame for this crisis squarely on the ONS. And all MPs will then pile on later I predict since nobody wants not to have a chair when the music stops.”

“If the ONS complies with the request, then we will have the evidence needed to go after other agencies. It will end the debate as to whether the shots were safe, and begin the debate on who is to blame and how to hold them accountable.

My daily posts summarizing science articles have not been as frequent because I am in a pensive phase after four years of going all-out. Most of me thinks that this entire COVID thing was a ruse to provide a segue for the gene therapy era for which the modified mRNA LNP platform will be essential. I want this article to be a review on the CRISPR/Cas system and its lab-made counterpart (the ‘gRNA-Cas-9 system’)1 , since I believe that this is going to be an essential component in the next stages of ‘personalized health care’, which I believe will be fully integrated into a ‘centralized health care system’ where data will be extracted and made available without restrictions between agencies, and where everyone’s genome will be known and perhaps even accessible and modifiable.

The Act sought ‘to establish a uniform time’ for Americans to cast their ballots for president. Historically, voters needed to provide a valid reason – such as illness or military service – to qualify for absentee ballots.
But covid served as a pretext to overturn that tradition. Just 25 per cent of votes in 2020 occurred at the polls on Election Day. Mail-in voting more than doubled. Key swing states eliminated the need to provide a valid reason to cast absentee ballots. The virus and ‘racial justice’ became justifications to disregard verification methods like signature requirements.
Rejection rates for absentee ballots plummeted by more than 80 per cent in some states as the covid regime welcomed an unprecedented increase in mail-in voting. Politicians and media outlets ignored rampant voter fraud in the months leading up to the election. They treated concerns surrounding absentee voting as obscure conspiracy theories despite a bipartisan commission describing it as ‘the largest source of potential voter fraud’ a decade earlier.
It is now clear that the overhaul of the US election system was a deliberate initiative from the outset of the pandemic response. In March 2020, when the Government’s official policy was still ‘two weeks to flatten the curve’, the administrative state began instituting the infrastructure to hijack the November presidential election, more than 30 weeks beyond when the covid response was supposed to end.
